NW 6163 6134 has a short WJ-01 crossing the Monongahela River
The six autoracks carry new 1986 VW Rabbits. In 1988, the VW plant in New Stanton, PA shut down, and the Rabbits and autoparts where no longer shipped, leaving only the grain trains as traffic on the line.

Wait, it already becomes NS 6134 (just retaining NW paint) if in 1985, because the merger began in 1982. It was completed on 12/31/1990. The merger was completed just one year before this tragic accident in 1991 that destroyed this locomotive and two other locomotives. I hope nobody perished in that accident. I am also curious if there were any other locomotives involved
